Does this really stimulate your corn to poop?

It could... I mean, some of my Corn Snakes are notorious water bowl poopers. So the water very well could be what's stimulating them to go in the water dish.
 
Yep! I try to bathe my Indigo snake often, so that he poops in the bath rather than making "art" all over his viv. >.<

It's not the water, it's the fact the water bowl was just cleaned by you!
