Got home to this on my door.

Ok, so my neighbor and I both rent from the same lady, we both have a small dog each, both of which share the same back yard and do their business all over the place. His little dog is out all day, and mine stays inside while I am at school and then is allowed to play outside when I am home. Well, today I got home to this, I would like to know your reactions. Also know that he is the property manager, and was supposed to fix my screen, the fan above the oven, and the burners before he moved over to the other apartment.

This is the letter, there was a spot in #1 that I have no idea what it says because it is unreadable.

1 I closed your screen doors because the wind is going to blow them off the hinges. It is also an open invitation for people to come and take stuff.

2 If you want heat go to the city of Las Cruces and have them turn "Gas" on, then let me know, I will change the filter in your house.

3 I have picked up your dogs "crap" all along the side of your porch twice, If I do it again, I will have to charge Carolyn and then she will probably charge you!
Thanks Mike.

The first two I understand, I should keep my screen doors closed, it is just easier to leave them open than for me to open two doors on my way in and out of the house... I also do not wish to have my dog tear up the screen even more than their dog did when they lived in this apartment. I am also glad that he is telling me where to get the gas turned on, because it is going to start getting cold around here in the next month or so.

But,I love how all of a sudden all of the dog poop in the yard is my puppies. Honestly, I am glad my dog poops in one spot. It makes it easier to avoid stepping on... I hope he likes it once I start using the hose on fresh dog poop like I used to when I was a kid. Make it all dissolve into the grass. That should curl his toenails...

Well, you could always start adding food coloring to your dog's meals so it will turn the poop that color as well. Then, you can tell him that the poop can't be from your dog as your dog always poops blue (or green or whatever). If he needs proof, take your dog out and hope it poops for him to look at it's color. If the screen needs to be fixed (especially since it was his dog that caused the problem in the first place, then he needs to be reminded about it. Screen doors are basically worthless as a theft deterrent anyway as they are easy to open if locked. How far open can they go? Is is possible to make a "hook and tie" type setup so they don't blow around in the wind when you leave them open?

They open all the way. In fact I Have two very large rocks that I use to keep the front open. I am going to move one to the back. It is funny because he has a very large building next door to us that is also Carolyn's that he uses for a "barn" he has a lot of tools and stuff. I was going to ask him if I could store my extra stuff in it, but I don't know now. He is threatening me financially, when he knows that I can just afford rent and food.
