fat tail gecko tube feeding

We just bought a 3rd African Fat tail. It is a young adult male. The tail is very wormy and it is not eating. I know to tube feed it. We have been tubefeeding Ensure with calci-powder. I had this issue a long time ago and we put mealworms and otherthings in a blender and it worked very well. I cannot remember the recipe or the ingrediants other thatn mealworms. Can anyone help? I googled gecko slurry mix and got nothing. thanks.

The mixture for bearded dragons is roughly: one tablespoon Jump Start, one tablespoon meat baby food (like chicken or turkey) a pinch of vitamins/calcium, mix with Pedialyte until it's the consistency you need. I just syringe it into the mouth, not tube feed. It tastes good enough to swallow, I guess.
