Greetings,
Wonderful Place everyone has here, let me just say right off the bat. I recently moved.. and the new house gets much colder then the last.. During the day, the temps for my 03' Butter max at about 82' this has been the temp for the high for most of the winter.. I keep a wool sweater over the cold side to keep it at about 70-75... I use a 40watt night light and night a 60watt blue zoomed bulb and an under the tank heater.. 29gallon tank, Cage Carpet.. okay well I know spring and summer and warmer temps are coming.. but is 82Max hot enough for proper digestion and growth, even if it's for only like 3 months a year?? No problems yet, but Butters is my buddy already, and want to nip any future problems in the bud ;)
Thank you,
Bad Cow

Ps. This is my second corn, my first i got in 7th grade.. and it lived a happy full 10 years.. ;) Just got my new baby and was amazed at the color choices i had this time around ;)

Although it wouldn't hurt to be able to go a little warmer, 82F is absolutely fine for correct digestion and growth. You should not experience any problems due to the temperatures you are describing here.
