Hey. I was just onwdering if someone could tell me what kind of things I can get for my snake for heat. I live in a pretty drafty house. Also, what kind of things should the snake's cage include? Is there any certain brands of heating supplies, tanks, or anything else my snake might need?

I personally used red bulbs for my corns right now but I'm finishing a rack tomorrow where I used heat tape. I always had good luck with the bulbs. If it gets to cold with the bulb I put a towel over one end of screen top to keep heat in. As far as other stuff they need a hide this can be made from anything depending on size of corn also I give them a humidty box not necessary but it gives them a second hide and helps with shedding. Hopes this helps.

you can use heat pads, heat rope, heat tape. Note: heat tape must be wired by you. and is not worth getting for jsut one enclosure. if you only want to heat 1 enclosure you should opt for a heat pad. Also you can use bulbs. I have not used bulbs for any repitle though. Just remember what ever heating you choose it is going to need to be cpntroled by something. You can use a dimmer which can be either made or bought. but being that you said your house is pretty drafty i would use a thermostat instead.
