Thanks~~

Temperment wise....well of course not nearly as calm as the corns...but then they are much better than the frenatas. At least handle-able.....

but they are rear fanged so they are slightly venomous...kind of like the western hognose ....the venom is about the same too...you might bleed a tiny bit more than an usual corn bite...but other than that I haven't noticed anything different from a regular corn bite....hahahah

I think that the albino is such a killer~~
she eats like a pig too!! She's about...3 feet long now~~

I don't exactly remember how much these little ones run for.

If I remember correctly they weren't that expensive at all. WC animals were like $50US (including the shipping)

the albino one is a bit more. Cause they're actually quite rare. I think that it was around $300US for the albino one....but not too sure about this...can't remember correctly....

Where can you get these...

well I got them from a guy in Hong Kong (cause I originally came from HK so connection isn't a problem for me..)

if you want I can help you set up the stuff and get you connected with the guy.

Expect the shipping cost to be around $200US and need an import licence (well only if you get a few animals that way you MIGHT not need a lience)

I personally like the normals better than the albinos. I'm not set up for any more snakes at the moment, but when I get some more room, I'll definitely let you know. I think they are really awesome looking snakes. Can you get Captive bred animals yet?

camera

Simon what kind of camera are you using and what settings are you using. Close ups are great I have a hard time getting my camera to do it.

MegF,

I don't know...I guess I like to fool around with the genetic stuff more so that is why I like the albino more. But of course I like both normal and albino. Or else I wouldn't be getting both of them right?

I don't think that you're able to get any cb animals in North America yet. I know that you can get some cb animals in Japan, Germany and China (not a lot but still some)

Yeah I think that they're definately an awesome species to work with.

Hosstheman,

I am using a Minolta F100 digital camera. All I did was set the camera at macro with flash on...and that was it. Although taking these photos were not that easy...it did take me some time but its definitely all worth it~~ I just love taking photos of my snakes~~

If you need any more information, I'll be glad to help if you need any.

Wow!!

Simon you have some incredable animals. Did you get these from the same contact as you got the Red Spots? I would love more info on these guys.

It is to bad you don't ship. I really love your Candy Cane Corns on your web site. Where did you get your foundation stock?

If you prefer you can e-mail me at [email protected]

Thanks,
Jeff C.

Jeff,

LOL...
I forgot to read this post even after you emailed me and I promised to get you the Candy Cane stock answer...lol.....oops..

Oh thanks for the comment on my stock.
I really didn't do anything...all I did was pay to get these awesome looking animals..so the credits should be given to the parents of these animals and to the seller...lol~~

I did get these snakes from the same contact as the Red Spots. These are too from China so that is why I just wanted to get them all in one batch...instead of shipping at different times (this increases the shipping cost...lol)
If you want more information on these ones feel free to ask me here or by email. You've got my email address anyways~~

Oh I do ship...just that I don't ship to the States...lol...plus the States has better stock than I do...cause I got them from the States~~ LOL~

Thanks again for the great comment!

Gotta love those dinodons.. Almost got a snow and anery pair once, but ended up not having the money for em..
