Baby Leopard Tortoise, Frank the Tank. He's so much fun. I can't wait to see him grow.

Sitting on my son's hand:

Goin' streaking, through the quad:

He's not shy. He started chowing down the greens as soon as he got in his cage.

Thanks for looking!

So lucky! If I could pick a tort, it would be a leopard. Well, an Egyptian, but I'm not rich.

He's very cute!!! Munching on the lettuce is adorable! Out of curiosity, when he is full grown, what are your plans to house him? (ie: what type of enclosure/viv are you going to use)

This area on the side of my house is about 7' X 20'. I won't put him out there until he's at least 4", but it's already just about ready. Arizona Desert Compound sells seed mixes specific for torts, so I'll plant about 2/3 of it and build him a house in there yet as well as a sunken/flush water dish. But, since Leopards don't hibernate, he'll still have to live indoors during the winter months (yes, even here in Phoenix!:))
