How cold do you let your breeders get during burmutation? Just wondering when I need to set up the thermostat to the space heater.

I shoot for no higher then 62 f. and no lower then 58 f.

This has worked for me in the past. I've heard of others using both higher and lower temps.

i don't normally burmate mine, but when i have in the past i aim for about 55 degree f and have suffred no ill effect's.

Last year I did a practise "brumation" for one month, just at room temp (65-72F) and they did fine.

This year they are all in the basement at temps of 55-65F, and so far so good.
