Frozen, not live.
I'll pay extra for vacuum sealed, and give cash upon pick up.
Right now he's on fuzzies so I won't need TOO many fuzzies or hoppers, but once I reach adults I'll be buying in bulk.
Anyone? Thanks in advance. :)

well the www.mouseman.ca (Ian Muir) used to have some mice for sale.
But I think that he is getting out of breeding mice.
I know that he still breeds for himself.
Since you're not in need of a large quantity of mice, you might want to ask him.
Great man with great quality mice if you ask me.
I used to buy a lot from him until he didn't breed large number of mice and I am in Ontario......and I was happy for the price and quality of mice that I got from him~~

Well I didn't look through the entire website (didn't see an address) but I did see a phone number, and the 250 area code is central bc, and vancouver island... not lower mainland (Vancouver). So wherever he's located, is probably a good few hours drive (2-6 one way) from me, if not a ferry.
I'll keep it in mind though incase I can't find a local breeder... maybe he even knows of someone here.
Thanks, Simon. :)

Good luck in finding a mice breeder. He properly knows a few.
There are a few snake breeders over there so there must be a good supply of rodents. You just got to ask around.
Ask Jeff Favelle, Ian Muir, Don Patterson, Henry Piorun, Pat Dring over there for rodent providers. Those people are great people and would most definately help you out with finding some rodents~

Thanks again. I sent him an email... hopefully he can lead me to someone local. :)
I just refuse to keep paying pet store prices. Right now I'm paying $2.49 per fuzzy, and it goes all the way up to $12.99 for an adult (rat, I think. Adult mice are $9.99).

Wow, I can see how that could get very spendy after a while. I know that currently I am paying 1.00 for pinky's and maybe 1.25 for fuzzies... cant remember the fuzzie pricing at my reptile store.
I hope you find what you are looking for though Spirit!

That is way to expensive spirit, I pay 90 pence for an aduld mice from a local shop, which is approx 55 cence i think, or is it the other way round and about $2 a mouse, eather way $10 for a mouse if way over the top in my opinion.

So anyways, first off I just noticed you were from the lower main land in Vancouver(or around?) and I was just wondering where abouts you got your corn snake from.
sorry about going off topic, but I'm interested in Mice around here as well.

Well... yeah. That's why I'm looking for a local breeder. Right now I get my mice from the same place I bought my snake. Pet store.

Yeah, it's the only store around here that I could find corns. Do you work there or something (I know most of the staff)?
Edit: The richmond store... IS there one in Vancouver??
Blow my mind, Discodude. lol

Mine was the only corn there for a couple weeks. There was a couple kings, but just one corn. They got a bunch more in though a few days after I bought mine.
But for sake of argument, when did you purchase yours? What kind was it, and who sold it to you?
Oh, and where do you buy your mice? LOL

Id's say as far as a baby corn goes he's pretty big and he hasn't refused any mouse offered and getting he's ready to shed again(his second time.) I don't have a digital camera but i think i can still get a pic so I'll post that in a couple of days.

Only a second? Mine has shed three times. The first being the day before I brought him home (Sept 29), then twice here (Oct 29 and Dec 6).
Looking forward to the pics. :)

They're in Abby (60 kms from me), but I did the math and I'll save approx $300 in 12 months. *gasp*
Damn straight I'll pay $10 for delivery, or take the hour to drive there. Thanks for the link, Disco. Merry Christmas 2005 to me!

Sorry, I have no idea... Anyone?
Or for that matter, does anyone know of a good online breeder that ships to (or within) Canada?
