My baby corn snake is still on frozen pinkies, I bought her about 2 months ago, and I was wondering at watch age should I start feeding her larger food, and what is the next step up from frozen pinkies?? it is the fuzzies??
I just want to make sure i'm prepared ahead of time and everything. I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

Yep, the next step up from pinkies are fuzzies.
The rule of thumb is to feed the snake prey 1 to 1½ times the width of the thickest portion of the snake's body. Depending on your feeding frequency (which is presumably every 5-7 days), your snake should move on up to fuzzies sometime between 2-4 months. You'll know when it's time.....when my amel, J.D., was still nosing around for more after scarfing down 4 pinkies, he took two fuzzies the next feeding.
Regards,
jazz
You may want to try peach fuzzies if you can find them.

I've always found that when a snake can handle two pinkies, it can be moved up to small fuzzies. I know the fuzzies look huge that first time, but really they can handle them fine. :)

I agree with Kate. Mine is 3 months old and been on fuzzies for about a month. As long as you follow the "1 or 1.5 times the thickest part" rule, you should be fine.
