flash on cameras and snakes

is it ok to use the flash on a snake, from a camera? because I took a picture of my normal, and then her eyes got like dialated or whatever, like when you shine a light at yoru pupil, anyway, and I was just hopign that it is ok.

Actually it was 4:00 here, but yeah. I'm cursed with an intermal alarm clock that wakes me up at 4:00 am regardless of what time I go to bed at night.
 
i wish i had an internal alarm clock, that way i wouldnt miss half the freaking day after a party or something.

On those night when i wake earley.....

darkpbstar i use a flash for around half of my snake pics.
 
No it doesnt bother them my science class did a presentation of about 35 snakes yesterday and the only ones that it bothered was the bigger Burmese pythons
