mymom has a box full downstairs ,and she said tenshi(my snake, its japanese for angel) can use any of them, but they have kinda a plasticy smell

They should be fine. I'd just wash them well in soapy water and rinse. Wait for them to dry, then smell them again. If you get the residues off of them, they should be ok for cage furniture. Watch out for any wires in them or anything potentially harmful for your little one. Sometimes those plastic flowers have wire poking through.

for me plastic flowers is a must, adds color, easy to clean and they wont die cant go wrong with them

My snake lived in his plastic plants until he literally got too big and destroyed them, bless him. Give em a good clean and pop em in, your snake'll love em. :)

I have plastic and silk plants in a bunch of my setups...

I actually went to Michaels and bought some fake ferns...pulled the leaves off of the bunch and have them scattered in a couple of my setups...

The snakes will even "rearrange" them to their liking...it seems...
I have a couple that hide under them always.
