bigcheese dosent return email or answer phone, and rodentpro dosent even have the correct number, its a number to some mexican guys house, i needa good website please that acctulyworks.
 
I've been ordering from RodentPro for the past few months and have never have any problems with their website. They are always very quick, the quality is excellent and the packing is superb. I have never called them, I've only ordered online and had no problems.
 
Slow down High speed!

I can't speack for the "mexican guy" but Big Cheese has answered the phone ever time I've ever called on a business day. Do you realize that this is a weekend? Small businesses aren't open 7 days a week like Petco. They don't sit by the computer and wait to instantaneously answer every email that comes their way, and they also take vacations occassionally. Even if they did answer, your order wouldn't ship until Monday at the earliest. ;)
 
I agree with Cav... I order from Big Cheese and you must call them mon-fri or at least that is my experience. Other than that I have had no problem either getting them when I call getting them to return my calls. I suggest you call again on Monday if you want to buy from them. I have never ordered from anywhere else to compare. I do know Petco does sell frozen mice as well but not the price you get them for from Big Cheese.

Latley I have been shopping at petco for frozen mice in the account of my normal store closing. It shoudlnt hurt your snake if you dont keep it on its schedule once but you might want to look into buying a few frozen mice ahead of your next feeding in case you run into this problem again. I think one costs like 1.19 which is not that bad if your afraid to not feed your snake. :cheers:
 
heck iu called late friday thats probally why, wasent thinking of bussiness day hours, i give them a ring monday :), dissapointed at rodentpro noneless, gave the wrong phone number and i double checked it, some mexican guy answers and says hello senor, i say are you rodent pro id like to order some forzen mice, he says you are craZY senor and hangs up
 
wow now that is tough to put up with, i feel sorry for what u have to go through :crazy02: :crazy02:
