I've never quite understood the hatred for Gordon. Is it just because he beats all the top redneck favorites and therefore the fans hate him? I think Foxworthy probably nailed it when he said NASCAR fans hate Gordon because he can annunciate all of his words.

One things for sure, he knows how to win races.

I think you might be right about Foxworthy.
I think he just comes off as such a pretty boy to me...
Or maybe its just more about needing to hate someone to keep the sport interresting. :shrugs:
