i was playing with my baby amel and i put it sown and half a minute later it was gone and i cant find it now i moved everything in my computer desk and no sings of the babyive been fooled again this the 3rd time it happens i guess i cant sit around the computer no more with my vorns ....... o well i guess il have to keep lookin ...............

You have to be very careful with all snakes but corns are very fast little creatures and can escape the room very quickly if your attention is elsewhere. I would keep looking hard if I were you but corns usually turn up in the end. Be careful.

It's not that you can't sit at the computer with your corns anymore, it's that you can not ever put a small baby down. It will take off every single time.

Bigger older corns can be put down somewhere for a half minute because they are larger and can be seen easily. Good luck

I left the top off of my viv, got distracted, noticed it later, and of course my baby was gone! I got my family to help me turn the house upside down. I was sure I'd never see her again. Finally, we set out some pinkies in paper bags (thinking we'd hear her go into one) because I knew she'd be hungry. Hours later I was walking into the kitchen (I'd also turned out most of the lights since she's more active in the dark) and there she was just sittin on the floor, near one of the bags! I cannot tell you how relieved I was. Some tips: put a line of cornstarch or flour across the door entries. You may be able to tell if she crawled into a room by that. Put pinkies in soda bottles with air holes poked in them, and maybe you'll find her in one! I know just how you feel! I'll bet she'll turn up. Good luck!!

those are all good ideas but with the soda can - i lost her on my computer desk and i rearanged everything in my romm except the des and the tv wall unit and i moved a lot of stuff cause i have a lot of stuff in here but anyway---- where should i put the soda can with the pinky .... i have tile so its gonna be cold on the floor so i dont think itw a good idea to pu it on the floor ...... should i put it in one of the desk's drawers ?? or ??? i dunno .... i just wanna find it soon im desperate cause i want to take her to a reptile show on saturday ........... but i should be feeding her sunday-monday so she should be hungry ima try though thanks:( :)

I think bottles (plastic) would be better than cans, and you would need to check on them as often as possible. It's just too impossible to know where she might have gone, but I think mine went somewhere warm, like under the refrigerator or sink or dishwasher, so consider warm spots. But I would put the bottles somewhere where you can see them. ---Ginny
