Need to find a way to eliminate evaporation in the tank/increase humidity in the tank/room.

What are you keeping him in?

How are you 'helping' him remove his unshed parts? I suggest putting you 'lil on in a container with some wet towels or paper towel. Give 'em a few hours and it should be comeple...

Have you tried misting the cage and/or your snake? If he's really having trouble (after trying on his own), get a moist towel and hold him in that; once he's run through the towel in your hands a few times, try applying firm (but not TOO firm) pressure around him with the towel and see if the shed starts to slide off for him. Let him do the work, just help him by applying the pressure so he can rub through the towel easier.
