There is a Green spot above the vent

OkateeManiac

Hell=No Snakes
i did look in search and i sa that some snakes die a couple of days after the green spot or it is a fungus or internal organs wich is most likely

I don't know what to tell you except maybe you are just seeing poop if it's that close to the vent.

For those snakes that have this before (usually it's after) they die... it's due to the gall bladder, but it's in the middle of the body not near the vent. Here's a photo showing what this looks like:

I see you have a darker hatchling so I'm stumped, sorry. In snows and lighter morphs you can see their food passing through them which looks dark olive greenish at times through their thin skin but I've never seen anything like that last photo....don't want to either :eek1:

Your creamsicle could be light enough that you're seeing the poop. If it seems active and healthy, I wouldn't worry overmuch.

ditto to the last post... my snow i can see just about everything that goes in and out of him... makes it easy to tell when he is about to poop on me!

LoL, that sounds like the snake for me

OOPS! Sorry, for some reason I thought you had an Okeetee!

Yeah, being a light one and young still, you can see a lot of what's being digested. It's a bit of a bonus actually because you can pick them up to see if it's OK to handle them or if they're primed for a poop!
