Major gorgeous snake! Once again a lovely photo of a lovely baby.

Rich, I'm totally lusting over your new lavander bloodreds...my ultimate morph. Could we have some new pics of them when you have a chance?

I know you're busy, but I'd be so deliriously happy!

wow~
great shot!!
Major red eyes and with a tonge shot too!!

great clean and clear close up!!

Thanks for sharing!!

I've posted a few new ones on my price list. But those were of babies that I took the last couple of hatching seasons. I'm trying to go through my photos to put up pics of babies for each cultivar so people will be able to see what the babies typically look like as well as the adults.

Hmm, I should set up a section on this site, photos only, for each cultivar so people can post a whole range of photos so people can browse through them.

I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling this way right now...Damn..where is that smiley with all the drool? This will work!

Well, you know, I like them too. That's why I'm hoping people will pre-order them before I change my mind and decide to keep all of them again this year.

Once they start hatching out, that could EASILY happen!

I love this idea Rich...there are so many great pics as it is, it would be great to be able to look at some of them together.

That is a wonderful idea! There are so many variations among each morph that having a collection of them to look at would be very helpful.

I'll have to think on it and see how much work I would be setting myself up for. It would have to be a section where only photos could be posted, which would necessarily have to be as attachments. Or should I? Do we want discussions to ensue in each cultivar specific thread? That could be a double edged sword, I think. Doing it the "attachments only" way would also inhibit anyone from posting links to photos, which may be easier for many people to do.

Plus I would have to arrange it that only I (or a designated driver) could create new threads in this new forum to be certain that duplicate threads weren't set up when someone just didn't take the time to try to seek out the existing thread.

So, yeah, there are some details to think over.....

Not to mention the postings of what one person thinks is a hypo A but the other thinks an ultra. Or charcoal versus anery. Or snow versus blizzard. Or albino versus anery....wait....those you can probably tell apart with ease.

Yeah. It could also put me in the unenviable position of having to referree what constitutes a new cultivar as well. I certainly would not want to have to pick and choose which names were really something new and not just a misidentified previously existing line that someone else has been working with for years. I've had people send me photos of newly hatched regular Motley Corns thinking they were something new because they had never seen one before. Had a new name already picked out for it and everything.....

Yeah, this could become a real bucket of worms.

Rich, have you ever given thought to making Serpenco calendars? I would certainly buy one. It would beat puppies and kittens any day! :)

It's been mentioned to me before. But my fear is that I would pay to have 1,000 of them made up, then get stuck with 500 of them when the year ran out. I mean, heck, you really only have a few months to sell a calendar when people are interested in getting one. Not much use to having an old calendar. Yeah, I'm sure I could sell 20 to 30 of them at the drop of a hat, but the rest of them would just wind up taking up space around here until I just threw them away 2 years later.

But thanks for thinking of me.
