hi
I have looked at all the pet stores around my area and couldn't find the cornsnake manual and also I they didn't have very much books on snake at all
I don't know if it would be at a library or a book store and I don't have a library card
so I don't know what I should do
do any of you guys have any ideas?

also when I was at a pet store looking for the cornsnake manual
they had four cornsnakes for 40$
they were really small
a pencil size wide and I don't know how long there were curled up
but why I'm saying this is they were in very very small cages it look like less then haft long as the snake
just wondering what you guys think about it

Usually PetSmart carries it. If you don't have one in your area you can order it online from amazon.com or Kathy Loves website cornutopia.com.

Ask them if they will order it for you. The PetSmart in my area always has several on the rack. Maybe they are just out of stock at the moment.

Book store would have it or atleast order it for you. It would be cheaper then paying shipping.

The reason petstores keep animals in small cages is because they do not stay there long (get sold quickly) But if you come across an animal that is in a cage that is soo small that they are miserable or in pain then bring it up to the owner/manager repeatedly if you have to. If it is not promptly taken care of then call your local humaine society or something to that affect in your area.

Also..
One of the pet stores in my area keeps some of their animals in a smaller "display" cage during the day and moves them into larger cages in the back room after closing time.
