Is feeding corns with rats make them fat?

I transfer my corns to rats as soon as they are big enough to take rat pinks. I have not had a problem with any of my corns becoming over weight.
 
I have seen some become fat from eating rats. Rats have a higher fat content. If you feed rats to your snake, then you need to make certain to not overfeed the snake.
 
I feed stubborn eaters rats. Its worked for me to get them to eat more regularly. But All my adults eat adult mice, with an ocassional rat.
 
i also transfer my corns to rat pups asap. my adults take month old rats or adult mice, and i have no problem with weight.
