I really would like to bath my snake....* 10 months*
but my mam is still worried about loosin my snake down the plug hole or in the drain part!

Has anyone ever lost their snake down the plug hole????

plz reply !

How could you lose a snake down a plug hole if the plug is in. If you mean overflow drains then you just cover them with masking tape so your corn can't get down.

an alternative...

Or if you wanted to you could always get a large container with a lid and fill it with warm water. No chance of escape that way.

:)

thanx for the advice......im now starting to bath my snake every so often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and he loves it to..i tryed it today and he POOED in the bath!!.. dirty sod!

hahah

Hehe. Pooping in the water as your bathing him. That sounds about as normal as it gets. I get frustrated sometimes and just put them in water, let them poop, which they always do, and then I put them in their real bath water. Kinda have to trick the little buggers. heh

The MAIN reason I bath my snakes is to make them poop. It's a lot easier that scooping it out of their vivs and changing the substrate. All you have to do is make sure you clean the sink afterwards or else use a plastic tub.

wow

gees this poping water trick must work pretty good.. im glade i ran accross this lil chat.. im getting a snake soon and iv read upa hole bunch on them , i didnt read anything about snakes pooping in water, but i can always use this information.. haha wow the things u learn day by day..
