Living in the Kansas City area how far would I need to travel to observe wild corns? As I am a mailman i do tend to see several snakes while working. Mostly around here i see plenty of Garter and black rat. Thanks
Hi there. I'm not really of any help to answer your question. But for some reason, your post had me thinking about that Seinfeld episode where Newman and Kramer used the mail truck to return recycled cans in another state for the higher refund value. Except now I'm picturing a group of herpers in postal uniforms crammed into a mail truck going herpin' across the border in the middle of the night .....
Wel I did a few searches on the internet. one web site said that corns have made as far west as Missouri. But when I did a search for snakes found in Missouri, corn snake was not listed. I am going to nothern Arkansas to do some scuba diving are there any corns in Arkansas? Yes I know i will not find them under the water. :wavey:

Well, there is always the possibility of finding a "pure" corn there, but more likely to find intergrades with emoryi. I believe you'd have to venture into Mississippi to find a pure corn
