Hi all

We have had maizey for a little over 3 weeks now. She is eating pinkies and is showing signs of being in good health compared to when we first bought her. Our question is what kind of morph is she? We know she is albino but is she Okeetee?

Congrats on the improved health! You are right about albino (or Amelanistic) which would be what "morph" she is. As for whether or not she is a reverse okeetee it depends on the thickness of the white saddle borders and possibly the parents (I believe). The first pic looks like pretty thick borders but the others (from your link) don't look quite as thick. Could be the pictures or my eyesight. :shrugs: I believe that some people would say that if they aren't certainly an okeetee or rev. okeetee that they are a look-a-tee. But someone can correct me if I am completely or even a little wrong. I always shy away from giving id's on snakes but thought I'd take a stab at this for kicks.

congrats and welcome she looks like an Amelanistic to me. You might try to look in the photo gallery and compair her to some pictures. :crazy02:

Hey! I have a "Maizey" too! She is the sweetest snake ever. She's a 32" normal wild-caught corn.
