Best way to insert a photo into your message is to use the "IMG" command if you have your photos on your own sever or if you'd like rich to host a photo or 2 off his server use the "Browse" by the "Attach Files" area.
 
Seems to be a super nice snake....but the image is a bit small....try making it larger...
