Freshly-Shed Tiger Corn!?

Or maybe it's just my freshly-shed, early '05 pet store normal (Abigail). She is orange and black. She just shed a couple of hours ago. Her oranges are getting more red, which is diminishing the contrast between her saddles and ground color, but I love the way she's turning out.

All of her age and feeding stats are nearly identical to those of the anery from my "100 Gram" thread, but her growth rate has stalled a little. On 9/22, the normal weighed 64.4 grams, and the anery weighed 60g. Today, the normal weighed 75.3g. and the Anery weighed 106.7g! That's about a 36g difference between the weight gains in a two month period. I have a few summer '05s that wouldn't surprise me if they pass her soon. Oh well, she seems very healthy, and most of my plans don't hinge on getting her to breeding weight in a hurry anyway.

Pretty. Looks like she will be a nice deep color all over :).

Thanks. I may breed some kind of bloodred with her in hopes of producing dark red offspring. I'm sure I'll find a use for her. :)
