Nice. I regret not living in a place where corns occur naturally, but at least I can count on you for great pics of W/Cs. Thanks.

Looking good David i really like the look of the first one. Ill have to get some updated pics posted of mine.
Thanks! They came from the same area that odd one did, only a season and few miles apart. I would love to see some updated pics, I love to see how the animals I sell do. There is something odd about that first one besides the color, when he goes into shed he look like a dark WC with nothing interesting at all, though when he comes out he is a golden color like in the photo until his next shed. :shrugs: This next season should be even better, my total for corns found is 76, 15 being DOR. I never seem to bring my camera or takes photos though, just not a habit as I prefer to travel light. I welcome anyone who ever wants to stop by some time and go for a field trip.

I plan on trying to breed the two i got from you this year to one another. Ive got plans for a rack and will be calling to see what you got available once i get it built. Room is hard to find in my little two bedroom apt. I allready have 8 tanks set up now and glass aquariums take up allot of space. I did manage to add to my locality collection but have a long way to go. The only morph i added here lately is snow, but i am still on the hunt for a nice blizzard with little or no pattern.

Good luck with them! Let me know how it goes. I had an interesting find recently, went out 4 nights ago, hit the roads kind of late but we went anyway. On the way back and at the end of a road we don't cruise often we found a DOR corn, thing is it was bright orange with tranparent borders, wish we were a bit earlier as it was fresh hit, really a neat looking specimen looked almost hypo. I didnt have my camera with me but next time I will for sure its always good to document oddballs like that.

I am so jealous! I have seen green snakes, racers, black rats, ringnecks, and a few other snakes, but I have NEVER found a wild cornsnake. (Although I've never really LOOKED for one. I usually just sorta ACCIDENTALLY find snakes somehow.)

I read somewhere that South Carolina (where I live) and Georgia are supposed to have the most diverse population of wild snakes of any of the states, and I still can't even stumble upon a single cornsnake in the wild.

I need to take herping lessons. Is there a online/weekend course? LOL

(Nice finds! I hope to post some of my own someday. Keep them coming!)

Chris =)
