Ought to know better
That normals are so darned variable that they can surprise you. First snake I ever bought was a normal in a cage with amels and snows. All the same price. IMO, normals are so pretty, its hard to pass them up. Yeah, the genetics are fun and exciting,but I wouldn't disregard any normals you hatch out, especially with all the genetics going on in the ancestry.
BTW-if anyone cares- one of my keepers this year was a normal.

LOL well to tell you the truth out of my 20 corns... I have 9 normals which are triple het for alot of things... some are het for Lav. some Blood... and so on... you cant beat the price of a normal corn... plus its fun trying to get that 1/64 chance of a triple mutation!!!
