All Pied Everything
I've chosen 3 rats out of my last group of babies to grow up for future breeders. One of them however, did not have its umbilical cord come off all the way..
I thought I'd let things take their course.
Now instead of a stub there's kind of a scabish type thing and an odd bump..

Do you think this one would be better off as food, I'll probably have to make the decision rather quickly consitering they're growing quite rapidly and I think they're about a day away from opened eyes.
I'm kind of excited about this one.. the little white tip of his tail and paws .. so cute ^^

Here's the three of them together..

the one with the problem is the little one with the black head and small blaze. I'd like to not kill if possible, but this is only my female's second litter, her first large litter (first was three babies and two of them died), and a few of them were quite easy choices for first kills. Maybe this little one just wasn't meant to be =/
any thoughts??
