hi, my name is marc. i'm new here. infact, i've never been on a forum before. so i'm still learning my way around. i live in the interrior of british columbia, canada. i have two beautiful baby corn snakes. a male red albino (valentine), about 9 months old; and a female oakeetee (maiz) who is very new to me, only three days, but she's about three months old. i've had snakes before, two red tailed boa's, different times. i've always been very much into snakes and have made them a big part of my life.
i just stopped by here, to check up on some info about corns, and i thought this site was really well done, so i thougt i'd join. so far i'm happy i did. i see a lot of knowledge here! which is great for new snake owners, i'll be sure to give this site's address to any new snake owners i see at the local pet store! and maybe add my own bit from time to time. i'm no expert, but i don't do something, espically raising animals, without looking into it heavily first. so i encourage all new snake owners to do the same. snakes are amazing and beautufil pets. no doubt! but they can come with their disadvantages as well. so, learn them before you commit into it "parent-hood", if you will. :)
i'm usually online, so feel free to drop me a line in msn, or yahoo. i'm always into talking, espically about snakes and their kind. thanks for listening, i'll go take a look around now. :)

caio,

marc

update...

hey, i've got a small update on my snakes. sort of. i might have to return one. i'm not sure if they're both female. i'm going to post a question in another area, and see what happens. i thought valentine was a male, but i'm not sure now. i've never owned corns before, and they're so small! my boas were 4 times this size at this age! heh. oh welll. more in the husbandary area.
