I think it is best that you stick to the rodents. It's what's best for your snake. That's the good thing about this forum...there is LOTS of good information...but good advice is only good if it is taken.
I would not feed that to your snake. Stick to feeders if possible bought from a breeder of them for that purpose. Scorpions have a hard shell and I doubt it would be easily digested. I keep them as pets and their "shell" is really hard.
Oh yeah, because cigarette burns don't hurt at all (sarcasm) . I've heard them be compared to a bee sting but it changes for different species and it's worse for young children or old people. off topic but no, I wouldn't feed my snake a scorpian if I were you.
You only <i>have</i> to feed in a different container if you use a substrate which would cause problems if ingested. If force-feeding is needed, you go to an experienced breeder or reptile vet and ask them to show you how first.
