We're going to need a new photo contest to start this weekend, so what do you all want the topic to be?

Let's go for something a bit off the wall and creative! Something that we can have fun with and that may require a little thought and creativity...not to mention provide a good excuse to start shooting more pics. :cheers:

Thoughts?

etc. etc.

Who's got the best idea for the next contest?

Not that I'm good at shooting the close-ups, but I always enjoy seeing interesting head patterns. I'd like to see a head patterns picture thread even if it's not a contest
 
I really enjoy seeing the pictures of corns with flowers. Maybe "peeking out" pictures? those are always cute.
 
Corns and Computers! all of us are on computers to be part of this forum and homework, works, etc... kinda cute...
 
I like corns and flowers too, it will get Joe to take pics on something other than aspen and papertowels. ;) Just poken' fun Joe!
I still like "Dress up your Corns". :)
 
Phones I love that idea. But I will tell you that the cordless and cellular phones take our boas to an EVIL place when they ring and you are handling them. So just a word of warning. Ill actually be around this weekend so maybe I can come up with something.

"Corns on the cob" or "Corns in Spaaaace" or "Corn-ect the dots (limited to motleys)". Jeez, there are a million options. I like the idea of cornsnakes in their natural habitat....the house. Why not pics of our corns in and around our homes? Posing in the recliner, watching TV, chillin' with a beer for the Big Game (go Seahawks). That could be fun and a way to see into each other's lives.....oooh, scary!

I was also thinking

Corns as great figures in literature...

I just think it would be funny to see a corn with Mark Twain's moustache.

I've learned that putting a flower in the background makes your picture great, so I need to do that.

:roflmao: That cracked me up. I'm going to start entering only snake photos against a backdrop of frolicking kittens! That'll teach these "flower people" a lesson. ;)

I kind of like the head pattern theme. Maybe to make it interesting, the submitter would have to interpret the head pattern, Rorschach/cloud style, for the title. The photos could be evaluated on two levels at once. Since some of the cameras being used around here make me feel like I'm using the pinhole camera I made in 5th grade, I'm particularly partial to this idea. ;)
