Hey guys and gals, I have a favor for you all, i want to change to stackable vivs or to a rack but none of my local pet stores sell them. It would be awsome if you guys can give me instructions on how to build my own with pics or give me websites where they sell these stackable cages and racks! Thanks for everything!

My boyfriend (VinnyJ) built one out of melamine I believe and it is super heavy but it works great, we use the rubbermaid tubs that slide in and out though, depends on how many snakes you have, so you may not be looking for that but I am sure someone will give you some great advice on here on where to find something, look at vision products racks on line that may give you some ideas. Good luck! Also, I can't remember which thread or post it was under but the guy that bought the boa racks all black that he showed were great and they make them smaller too. Good luch! I will quit yapping!!!

I have 3 corns now but i am planning on buying a couple more so maybe a rack that can house 10 snakes, then again i need something for my 2 adults who are almost reaching 5 feet in length.... so im not sure what would be the best choice...

Good start!

It sounds like your off to a good start at a nice collection! How did you get into snakes??? They are pretty neat, the whole genetics side of it is what gets me! It's so intriguing! Take it easy and good luck!!!

Here's mine that i built out of anything i could find lying about in work for free...Nearly finished, it's 4ft long so as to take 47" long mats....... :)
