Cool! The male has some great color! How's their temperament :grin01:
very nice.. i also want to know about their temperment.. been wanting to get some for a while

Temperament? Well, the previous owner named him Satan, so we'll just have to see :grin01: I'm letting them settle in, but I did hold them for a few before I set them up. They moved alot, but other than that neither tried to bite or got too pissy. They do have a bitter smelling musk tho lol.

They will definately be a work in progress, and I'm real excited to have finally gotten a pair :)

Gang dude, wish we had known you were interested in those. Mike has an adult pair for sale. The roles are switched though, the male is pretty laid back and the female has a few issues. Very pretty snakes though. Best of luck with yours.

glad you like them Chris and I can tell they are in good hands. Like I said, just keep a snake hook handy because once Satan settles in I am sure he will take a few pop shots at the ol grill... He got me more than once!

2 more pics...been able to hold them, briefly each day; they don't like it, but they havent bitten...yet...they move, and then stop, sniff around a bit. Once they stop and chill out a bit I let them crawl back in their tubs. They are funny tho when they tail rattle. Its not as fast as a corn or NA rat snake would do. When they are not moving their taikls will ocassionally "slow wag" lol...

But the musk....shew :puke01: Its real bitter

Nice. Not a species I've seen before.

Where are they native to? They look kind of like Beauty Snakes .....

They are native to Thailand and Malaysia, and are related to the Beauty rat snakes. Someone had a cave dweller X beauty cross for sale here some months ago.

I love those guys. Glad to hear that they are giving civility a chance *knock on wood*
