Female not feeding

Hello,

My female corn which is 18 mths old last fed on march 14. I tried to feed her the other day and today but is showing no interest at all.

Is this normal?

Thanks

Yes, sometimes snakes go off their feed for weeks at a time for no apparent reason. I wouldn't start to worry yet.

Is she getting ready to shed? Some snakes also refuse food when in shed.

I'd suggest you keep offering food on her regularly scheduled feeding day, and only then. She will eat when she is ready.

There are things to take into account too like if she could be gravid or even just ovulating and feeling a little hormonal and grumpy. Just because she's physically small and chronologically young it doesn't mean she's not starting to come into receptive breeding size.
