hmmm...I´m not sure but this one didn´t look like a lavender...
it´s not easy to say but I wouldn´t put my hands into the fire.
(that´s what we say here if something could be wrong).
where do you bought this here in europa??? or do you ordered this fom someone is the us???

pewter i bought it in the us, and he doesnt look like a ghost ive ever seen?

Pewter brings up a vaild idea here. Many wholesalers will sell something by the way it looks. Breeders tend to be more accurate with the labeling of their offspring because they are accountable in the end.
The snake in question is a very monotone looking snake. That certainly doesn't mean it's not a Lav but it does leave the door open for the possibility that it's not. I have seen a few Lavs on Rich's page that have that look. I've taken enough pics to know that some of the subtler colors can get washed out. For instance, the bedding in that pic has a very pale yellow color on my screen, it doesn't look entirely accurate to me.
If you know and trust the breeder, I'd say call it a Lav with confidence. If you bought it from a broker and don't really know the lineage, you might consider the possibility that it's not a Lav.
Just some ideas to ponder.

and another interesting thing is that I looked at the pic at the monitor of my girlfriend and thought this lookes now more like a lavender. now I´m back and think that this lookes more like a ghost agian...
Im would say it´s impossible to say what it is by the look...for me at least ;-)

I hate to bring it all down to money, but could you tell us how much you actually paid for the animal? That may be of some help in determining what it is or isn't.
I've seen some lavs that look like special ghosts, and I seen some special looking ghosts, that look like lavs. I've even seen one guy (can't recall who it was) selling lavender ghosts on kingsnake.com (talk about confusing! ).
It's just so imperative to KNOW who it is from whom you are buying so that you can be confident in your purchases. I'm certainly not saying that people shouldn't buy from anyone who is not nationally known (my small business would be killed off quickly, if I were! ), but I think reputation based on known business ethics ought to reign supreme in the internet trade.
That's why I'm so thankful for Rich's Board of Inquiry (BOI). Check it out BEFORE you buy something; you won't be dissappointed! BOI Link

Well, if you got it from Don, there is no doubt about it. You have yourself a lavender. That's about the going price for them right now, but even without the information of the purchase amount, Don wouldn't sell you ANYTHING that was misidentified in this fashion.
