Well, since I don't have a digital camera, I just have to have the film developers put all the pics onto a CD. Then, I save them onto the computer directly. To put it on this site, I go down to the attach image place on the bottom of the page that you get when you reply to a post. You put either jpg or gif in there (whichever you're going to use) and then you hit browse. If you've saved the picture on your computer, it'll be there, and you just choose it and let the site take a moment to put it onto your post.
