feeding snakes in the same feed bin

skullmaster

as seen on you tube
i just tried feeding my big snow today mon. in the same bin i used on wed to feed my female hachling...he had no intrest in the mouse at all he was just licking around....i should add he is in blue but he always ate in blue before...should i be using different feed bins for each? or is he changing his eating in blue habits? :shrugs:

I don't have a different bin for each snake... I did notice my male wasn't interested in the mouse when a female had been in there before him. So now I feed him first. I wash them every time I'm done anyway, there could be mouse guts or something from the last feedings so it's more sanitary that way.
Any quaranitined snakes get their own feeding bin but the rest of them I use the same ones, probably it's better for them if each one gets their own though...If I had enough tupperware's I'd write their names on it and they wouldn't have to share. It's easier with the hatchlings, deli cups I do have in mass quantities...
