Hi Ive fed Sid a couple of hours ago he is three years old and i was told when i got him two weeks ago to feed him every 7 days 2 small mice the first feed he ate both but this time has only took one the other has been in his feed spot for 2 hours :shrugs: should i take it out do you re freeze or bin it ?

thanks and i think this site is great its a real help i spend hours learning from here :crazy02:

i would chuck it... i never refreeze anything that was previously freezed and then defrosted...

think of the mice like chicken or some other meat that us humans consume... its just something you dont do...

persoanlly i have never had feeding problems with my two, they always gobble their mousies up straight away.

but if i did have problems i would only leave the mouse for an hour to 2 hours at most...

if they dont want it, they wont eat it...

try again in a day or so.
if still unsuccessful, try cutting the head off and just feeding it that.

good luck
