I mentioned this snake a while back when I was in the chat room, and am just now getting around to posting a pic of it. It is MUCH brighter then the typical Amber corn or Amber Motleys I have produced. The parents were Caramels het for Hypo and Motley.

Wow, Rich... absolutely gorgeous. Love the coloring and the ground to saddle color contrast is amazing. Beautiful!

Nice... is it from Miami lines at all? The background is extremely pale and the pattern is reminiscient of some crimsons I've seen...

Ya, something about the look makes me think it could be related to the whatsits.

Well that would be a real long shot, but stranger things have happened. And I have to admit there is a similarity in the effect it makes on the overall look of the animal, colorwise. That being said, the only way that could be is if the original Hypo line (probably SINGULAR animal) I used in my Hypo Pewter project just happened to be the same one carrying this "whatsis" trait that I also used to create the Ambers for my Amber Motley project.

Which would also mean that not only did that original Hypo line spawn this "whatsis" line, but quite likely spawned another forum of Hypomelanism that has been driving me crazy in the Crimson and Hypo Lavender lines as well. Joker Gene? :crazy02:

Thanks, but at this point, I have no intention at all of selling it.

Here I thought this was the odd caramel female you had up for sale.. I really should have got that one.. I really should have..
