Eggs hatching, but not all. How worried should I be?

Much to my surprise, my aneur laid eggs which started hatching Monday, but only 3 have hatched. Are the others in trouble, or should I just leave them alone. They look good, but I feel clueless since it's all new to me. Also, the first baby is really dark, looks very brown and black, which surprised me since mom is aner. and dad is snow. 2nd and third look just like mom and dad.
Also, I know this is a lot of questions, but when should I feed my babies?

I have a hatching today too!

From what I've heard so far, don't worry too much about the unhatched eggs. If they still look good, they'll probably just hatch a little later. I have a couple unhatched myself.

Don't worry about feeding them right away. You can give them pinkies or pieces of pinkies after their first shed, which will be in a week or two. Make sure you feed them within a couple days after their first shed though.

Depending on the size of the clutch it can take a week or more for a whole clutch to hatch. I wouldn't worry about them. Cutting the eggs open usually does more harm than good. Try and feed them after their first shed. IMHO

With my first clutch of the year it was 16 days between the first egg hatching and the last. All were healthy - my advice is leave those unhatched ones well alone and be patient !

Cheers
Kel

Well, as of this morning, there are no more hatching, but they still look good. Thanks for the feedback. It confirms what I've heard.
The babies are more active every day, and I wonder how much their coloration will change with each shed. The anerythristic only shows light gray with black markings so far (no brown), and the dark anerythristic shows no gray at all, only brown and brown-black saddles.
I'll let you know when I have more. This has really been fun!:)

I have a four and half year old anery that basically looks like a snake in black and white except for the little dusting of yellow along his sides. Not any brown to be seen on him. And yet somehow he's fathered three very brown babies with a red albino mom.... :)
