Hmm sorry if this s in the wrong section but i couldn't decide if i should put it here or in the feeding section :shrugs: I was just wondering how long you guys keep your frozen pinkies/fuzzies/mice etc in the freezer. Do they keep for a long time or is it like chicken for humans and you have to eat it in a month or something?

Uhm, so long as any meat is properly shrink wrapped it can last a year or more in the freezer.

Personally when I make large orders of mice I re-package them into 4-6 per pack and vaccum seal them into smaller packs so that they stay "fresh" longer.

Course lots of people have lots of success with just using a few layers of freezer bags.

Hope this Helps...
