Need Advise on Heating Rack

Lore

Insert Witty Phrase Here
This week I am building a rack that will house 6 hatchlings. 2 shelves, 3 Sterilite shoe boxes per shelf.

I am routing channels into the shelves for heat cable. (or I may just affix it to the back of the unit zig zag fashion, I havent decided which yet.

Are there super cons to not having belly heat? :shrugs:

My question is, do you think I should use 15 or 25 watt heat cable?

I am just not sure how to judge the amount of heat that will be supplied from the cables and I dont want to make it too hot. :flames:

Most people say that belly heat aids digestion. I think, though, that as long as your snake can get himself warm enough-low to mid 80's--he should be ok.
