Can antibacterial soap be used instead of bleach to clean my tank and other accessories or is bleach the choice here pls give me some feedback

I use white vinegar to clean, and then use water to wash out the remaining vinegar. After that I let the whole tank air out until it no longer smells. It works great to get glass cleaned of just about everything.
 
I too use white vinegar to get rid of any feces stuck onto the glass, but alway go over the tank with a solution of 10 parts water and 1 part bleach. It a good way to be sure. :)
