Update on Maya and Draggin'

JenC

Missin her snakes
Well most of you remember my rats, Maya (berkshire) and Draggin' (albino). They bred and produced their first litter about 4 weeks ago, containing 6 babies, not bad for a first time mommy. I kept one female (her name is Dutchess) dont know what she is..got a black upper half and then a white body with a black stripe connecting the top black patch to a black patch on her rump..lol anyway..

Maya had her second (almost said clutch lol) litter today with 13 babies!

I'll get picture updates and everything in a little bit, just thot i would share:)

Sounds like Dutchess is a hooded, although I haven't heard of the black rump part. Anyway that means the Albino is also either a hooded or Berkshire but its masked by the albinism. If hooded, half the new babies should be hooded and half Berkshire. If Berkshire, you should get 1/4 hooded 1/2 Berkshire and 1/4 selfs. Congrats. I'm waiting on a couple litters myself, could be today.
