Have my first snake, a baby amelanistic corn.
So at the moment, he's in a little 1 1/2 gallon tank..
I am looking into what to put him in later. WEll, as soon as I can. Also, would like something perhaps with a lock. Like for hots? Partially because I have a 9 year old son, and partially because I have rodents in the home. Although, I'll probably keep the snake on the other side of the house when it gets THAT big.
Have seen like..locking file cabinet things with plexiglass sliding doors. That is one particular design that I like.

well, Im thinking of making an enclosure. I haven't quite figured out the exact specs for it, but Im likely going to do sides, bottom, back and maybe top in mdf/plywood, and the front and maybe top in plexiglass, with a hinge on the top at the back, with a lock at the front/top on the plexi.

If you want just a glass tank, the Critter Cages work great. They have clips on the back to hold the screen top, and there's a place to put a lock. The ten-gallon size is about $28-35, the 20 gallon long size is about $46-55, and the 40 gallon size is about $100-110, depending if they're on sale or not. You can buy those sizes at Petco. Apparently there are other sizes not sold at Petco, though, according to the page (http://www.all-glass.com/products/cages/crittercage.shtml) on All-Glass Aquarium's website, but all you need is the 20 Long for your corn snake.
