Another trip to N.E.R.D.

"Quality Before Quantity"
Hi Everyone,
PJ and I decided to go to N.E.R.D. (New England Reptile Distributors) again today to see if they had anything new and for a chance at some good photo opportunities. We took a bunch and it would be a pain in the A** to post them all here. So you can see them here. It's like Photo Bucket it's just a different host. Check them here............

N.E.R.D. PICS

We hope you like the pictures as much as we do. Thanks for looking.
Jay & PJ

Those pics are amazing! So you guys took pics of the reptiles they had there right? They are really cool :)

Awesome pictures. I like the close-ups of the Burmese and BRB... very pretty snakes and good pictures :)

Thanks Everyone,
Yes Angela, all the pics were taken at N.E.R.D. with their animals. The place is a cool facility and they actually encourage you to take pictures. They let you touch and handle the animals and they even give tours of their breeding facility. We did the tour a few months ago and you would be amazed at the Ball Python and Retic breeding stock they have there. I actually held a Lesser Platinum and Caramel Albino Ball....(BIG MONEY) :eek1:

Plissken that is a picture of a red phase Green Tree Python neonate. He is starting to change color as you can see he is starting to fade. They also had some yellow phase as well. Thanks for all the kind words and I would suggest to anyone that if they can go there they should. All the staff is very nice and very knowledgable. Mike is the man. Thanks for looking.

I was referring to http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1472/6352738/12518531/185118580.jpg and http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1472/6352738/12518531/185118583.jpg Neither of those look like GT pythons to me...

I'm sorry Plissken, I thought you were talking about different pics. That Albino Burm was awesome!! She slithered right up to the camera. The other picture is a Retic and that was one of the smaller ones. I was trying to capture the iridescence on it's scales. They have an Albino Lavender Retic that is over 20' and weighs over 250 lbs. And they have a bunch of others as well. They even lend them out to zoos for their breeding and herp research. Again, I am sorry that I didn't originally refer to the same pictures as you were. But you are right, those two are awesome. Thanks for looking.
Jay & PJ

Here are a couple more pictures of that Retic.

No probs, just crossed wires :)
You did a good job of getting the retic's irridescence, I thought it was a rainbow boa! Gorgeous animal.

Kara and Kevin are totally awesome people...and their animals are aaaamazing! I wish I lived closer so I could tour their facility. =)

Thanks for sharing pics!
