I think the one you are referring to is the solid black patternless bp by a well known breeder..forget who the breeder is. He has solid black eyes too..no green or any other color. May just be a very dark one, but time and breeding will tell. :) Just a little project I wanted to try out for my own study.
 
Could the darker one just be in shed? Kinda looks like that to me..:shrugs:

But then again, I know nothing of BPs..
