The Jingle puss...

A few members requested pictures of my puss after she recently appeared in a picture with scarlett... So here she is. We call her the jingle puss as she has a bell on her collar that announces her pressence ALLL the time. Would you believe shes a pentioner at almost 11 years old :crazy02:

Excuse the crazy eyes and strange ears LOL. And as you can see, she loves my mooses!

Here is my Junior....

She is pushing 14. This is her favorite pastime during hurricanes. This was during Frances in 04.

But her name is pussy... or puss cat or jingle puss... You should feel bad for her LOL

I requested them, and thank you. She looks sweet - I like the middle two pics the best. And 11's not so old, she's just a spring chicken as the wife would say - we've got one who is 18 now.

I echo that sentiment...my Liebe is 15yrs old this year...my spoiled little baby. She does not like the camera so unfortunately I don't have any pics to add to the thread.

This kitty means the world to me

She had a sister from the same litter. Both were runts and completely terrifed of humans. We first got the pair when I lived in the west highlands 10 years ago. Both were outside "wild" cats for about a year, only ever showing up when they were hungry. Even then they did a bloody great job of eradicating as many mooses and birds as they could.

About a year later her sister holly was run over by a car and killed instantly. We found her in the morning with every bone in her body broken and mangled. After that night, pussy has been a completely different cat. She craved attention and affection from me and has never left my side since. She would snuggle up in bed with me every winter, and during the summer months would be out exploring. About 3 years later we found a wild stray tom cat that kept hanging about. We fed him and kept him healthy although he was a big old ugly thing with one eye, but little girl loved him. It was great that she had some kitty company again. They mated several times but nothing came of it. Im pretty pure our little thing is infertile, either that or she kept miscarrying.

Anyways long story shot, I moved down to the city by myself and took her with me. She addapted to indoor life immediatley. Litter trained in less than an hour! Im sure she misses the outdoors but shes getting old and seems to be enjoying the extra food, comfort and attention.

Heres my addition to "the cat gallery" hehe, my little girl nancy, not my name choice, previous owners lol. Nancy was very shy at first but now fits in perfectly and is not best buddies with my college X, badger, they can be found like this many a night, especially in winter.
Nancy is 5, Badger is 13.

Have you considered a Bengal? Despite my posts on the "borrowing morphs" thread, I think Bengals are cool. Here's ours - oldish pic, but one of my favorites, of when she was going on one of her many nutties. She's a little over 2 years old, and named Stella.

Cute kitties everybody! Here's mine.

There has already been a kitty picture thread, but I will post a pic here as well, I never miss a chance to show off my Little Shadow. She loves boxes so here is her latest escapade... She's lucky fed ex won't ship live felines lol

Here's my cat. I think she may be 5 or 6. Although this picture doesn't really show it, she's really fat. There's a poster at our vet's office that shows the skinny to obese scale, with 3 being optimal, 1 being skin and bones, and 5 being obese. She's an easy five. Her stomach flops around when she walks.
