Shedding from the tail upwards?!?!

Hey, I've got my snake with me, and it just slithered up my sleeve, and I couldn't get it to come out for a while, and now it looks like it shedding...at its tail. It was in blue a couple of days ago- but is this normal- what should I do??

Try giving it a luke-warm bath, then put it back in the cage so it can rub against rough things and start the shed from the nose. Shedding from the tail is not normal, but the snake should be able to start from the head and shed normally.

Ok Thanks, so, should my snake actually be shedding from tail to head, or will the tail shed a little bit, and the snake shed normally from the head down, missing off the tail part?- wow, that's confusing XP

That was great,,"OK thanks,so should.."right over Becca's head,,but then she is only 14,,not OLD like us

Normally snakes shed from head to tail. Obviously every now and then snakes shed from tail to head. As long as all the shed comes off you don't need to worry.

Ooh, OK then. I was just confused because sbourget said it would shed from the head, and others said it would keep shedding from the tail. XD
