I fed my corn snake this morning using frozen pinkies, and defrost it in hot boiling water, later I came home to find the pinkie regurgitated. The temperature on one side of the tank is at 80 F acording to my thermonitor. The snake for some reason spends more time on the other side of the tank (the cool part). I used a 75 watt blacklight as my heating source. What should I do now ?

I tend to agree but do you use a thermometer with a probe to check your temps or do you use a tick on type. Also......The use of a Under Tank Heater (uth) is prefer because in helps with belly heat to digest food. Cool temp could be a cause too.
